Mr Kalam, 20, an embroidery worker came on 03/07/06 with shooting pain in Left Heel radiating above to the calf muscles since 3 days.
Cause: Nail injury on the left heel. Fever 100° F.
Treatment: Hypericum 200 to be taken 1 hourly.
Follow Up
4/7/06: The patient came with no pain and no fever. He was feeling better. But the pain had localized at the injured site Ledum-pal 200 6 Doses took care of the residual problem. (Actually he came to me to take injection Tetanus Toxide which was obviously not given.)
