Case 107: The Thirstless Journalist
Abstract: The article is about a freelance journalist who had been rendered helpless due to UTI. Prescription of Staphysagria single dose took care of the malady.
Mrs AAA, 32yrs old, Married, Non-Vegetarian, Muslim, Freelance Writer, came on 05/ 07/05 with the following complaints.

PERSPIRATION: since 6 months, Excessive and offensive.
MENSES: FMP: 17 yrs. LMP 23/06/05. Regular, Heavy, Dark-red, Clots+++.
Before Menses: Breast Pain < Jar, 2nd day Irritable
During Menses: Cramps in lower back > Lying down
After Marriage: D1Spotting; D2Bleeding
SEXUAL HISTORY: Desire, 1/15days.
BATH: Hot water
THERMAL: Likes winter, Likes fan and A/C, A/C <, Open air >. C3H2
SLEEP: 7hrs, Disturbed by thoughts.
DREAMS: Recent events.
MIND: Counseling >, Broods, Anxiety3+, Perfectionist, Weeps alone, Fear of
Cockroaches, Impatient
LIFE SPACE INVESTIGATION
Pt was born in 1973 in Patna, Bihar. She has been globetrotting around Japan, Saudi
Arabia, Geneva and Bangladesh for her studies. She studied from grade 6th to 12th in
Geneva and also completed her Masters in Economics from there. Fa was a Diplomat in
Geneva. He was a strict disciplinarian. Mo was an English teacher in Geneva. Younger
brother is studying Law in Canada. In 2003 she started working in Mumbai in Reuters
News Agency as a Journalist. In 2005 she had a love marriage. H is a Creative Director
of a Popular TV Channel. In June 2005 she quit her job as she could not adjust with
her household and health. Parents were very happy with her decision. But she was not.
The pt is irritated easily. She is not very tolerant. She had a past history of stage fear.
