The key articles in this issue are iteration theory of Hom potentisation and Avogadro’s number and Hom.

August 20 bel from Austria explains the action of Hom medicines on the basis of quantum physics. He explains iteration. Iteration means repetition. It is a well known process in choose theory and quantum physics where small causes in the initial conditions can grow to disproportionately massive effects. This explains the fact that inspite of dilution beyond Avogadro's no. Hom medicines still become increasingly dynamic with repetitive potentisation. This is further shown and proved with the following experiment - a music production software called magix which has two bars of music. The music played is simple music of Avemaria. The signal of the music is calculated in a room size 50'.

In the first potency dilution, the sound is like the song is sung in a chapel. The second potency when diluted, it simulates a sound in the cathedral, the signal graphics get quietere. With each dilution the signal gets weaker and quieter but suddenly after six iterations, something unexpected happens. The signal stays on the same level for one iteration and gets louder again, after 30 iterations, there is increasing noise volume which is far more than at the beginning of the experiment. This shows that it is not dilution but only iteration is responsible for the power. This gives a plausible theoretical basis of effectiveness of Hom medicines.

A Morozov of Russia further explains the dilution of Hom remedies. It is very well known that absolutely pure substances do not exist. Water and ethanol used for potentisation do not only have H2O and C2H2OH molecules but also have impurities. The existing standard perm 0,001% of residue on evaporation. This concept is further explained with chemical experiments and it is concluded that dissolving substrate changes, chemical composition of impurities. These changes are specific for dissolving substances. Due to this fact, an organism can 'know' about the appearance of dangerous compound in the environment beforehand. Homoeopathic potentisation disrupts the link between excess concentration of a dangerous substance and changed composition of impurities. This is a response that shows that due to Hom potentisation, there is absence of a toxic agent in a remedy.

In case of Sturge Weber's syndrome Dr Vijaykar very well explained the theory of suppression and reversal from deeper layers after Hom intervention.

The 3 months old child had haemangioma tumour of Rt-side of face covering the lip palate, check and right eye. In Sturge Weber's syndrome, the haemangioma rapidly increases intracranially - leading to convulsions and death.

This child had indigestion of milk to begin with - diarrhoea - treatment allopathic - diarrhoea stopped - lachrymation - treatment eye drops - spots on face - increasing in size. This shows how the disease shifted from endoderm to mesoderm.

This child moved with much pressure and force, there was sudden startling epileptic seizures with malaria like shuddering, tantrums and mother had hysterical fits. The case was perceived as All force, no control, no direction.' This and shuddering led to selection of Moschus which also covers, spasmodic affection, oversensitive to noise, drafts crowds and diseases do not take normal course.

With Moschus 1M, the epilepsy stopped in 1st 15 days, right eye opened after a month, the lesion disappeared in reverse order of its appearance just with 3 doses of Moschus.

Dr Sankaran in 'Depth of Hom' throws new light on understanding disease on basis of levels instead of giving weightage only to 'Delusion'. These levels are name, fact, emotion, Delusion, sensation, energy or universal and the seventh abstract spiritual level. In a case of orbital haemangioma in a 48 years patient he explains the concept of levels, how and what questions to ask to explore these levels and arrive at the similimum. This case was cured with Arg-nit LM potency.

Dr Mahesh Gandhi treated a case of 42 years old patient who had eczema, cracks in the heels and obsessive disorder. She had various fears God, ghost, disease, dark and phobias. Stramonium did not help her. Further exploration of the case led to the understanding that she felt upset when she could not control her fears. The need to control suggests cancer miasm. Tabacum covers the cancer miasm and also the rubrics cowardice, Del, night, alone, forsaken feeling and precocity. In one year follow up the patient improved very well.
