Out of variety of articles, some case reports are interesting
and worth noting.
Dr M A Shah tells us about a case of a 30-yr patient who
had persistent pain in her Lt wrist due to a wound with a glass piece 6-7 years
earlier. In spite of the medical treatment, the glass piece remained inside and
surgery was risky. Silicea 10M TDS X 20 days given. The old wound was
replaced by another oozing wound . Silicea was continued for 15 days and
the patient came with the glass piece that had remained there for 6 years!.
Dr Shetye treated a 45 yrs woman for c/o hyperthyroidism
who was fastidious about cleanliness and quarrelsome by nature. She also had
fixed ideas. Rubrics based on her mental symptoms like fastidious, coitus
amelioration from, sexual thoughts, moral feelings want of, violence, abusive,
rage, dictatorial, dominating, excitable indicated Conium. Conium
200 and IM after few months should remarkable improvement.
Dr S G Jeelani has reported 3 cases of cholelithiasis. Common medicines
were Chelidonium Q, Chionanthus Q, Cardus-mar Q, China 30
and Calc-carb 30 infrequent doses over a period of one year showed
complete dissolution of the gallstones-confirmed by USG.
