I am a regular reader of your Prestigious Journal NJH from my college days. It is doing very well; it is most scientific and informative.
As I started my clinical practice recently, I would like to have all copy of your journal on my desktop. This is very useful to me. When I have a difficult case, it always gives me guidance.
