Editor: We are happy that each issue is helping readers to solve cases in their practice. Yes fever is certainly a most common problem encountered in practice. and yet depressing we cannot always handle it. We will certainly try to make it a very comprehensive issue. Can I request all our authors to send in their most difficult cases, by the 30th of September 2004?
