Letters to the Editor
NATIONAL JOURNAL OF HOMOEOPATHY 2003 Nov / Dec VOL V NO 6.
[Editor: It is indeed good that our Readers Page has become
such an interactive forum, when so many controversies are arised and discussed.
It is almost taking the place of the Open Forum section.
This time there are so many letters that it is difficult to choose the best
letter winner! Can you help?]

I am a Medical officer in New Delhi Municipal Council. I came across the article
shifting of disease by Dr V P Bansal who has shared his experiences freely,
frankly and honestly.
In this speedy life of present world, where not only the patient, but we also
want immediate results without worrying about the consequences, we don’t have
time to see whether the cure is according to homoeopathic principles or not. It
is true that in our daily practice so many times our old patients come with a
new set of symptoms. These patients are our failures.
Understanding the principles is not enough . Experiencing it is the real thing.
Kudos to Dr V P Bansal who dared to share his experiences. It is the time that
we must begin to have a respect for law for the sake of patients health and for
the sake of future of homoeopathy. For this purpose the article of Dr V P Bansal
needs serious attention and the subject must be discussed widely among the
homoeopaths so that we may achieve a fruitful outcome.
Dr Mrs Jyoti Chanchal New Delhi.
