Seminar On Dr Hahnemann’s Jayanti

Takhtamal Shrivallabh Homoeopathic College Amravati celebrated Dr Samuel Hahnemann’s 247 Birth anniversary, with full fervour. Dr Sudhir Patil, the Vice Chancellor of Amravati University was the chief guest. He said that Homoeopathy was developed to give complete relief to the patients. To ensure its success, medical graduates should work with complete honesty and dedication.
Mr H B Heda, President of the Mohini Charitable Society and Mr S D Tiwari, secretary presided over the function. Dr Sudhir Patil garlanded the photograph of Dr Samuel Hahnemann and the Founder Principal of the college, late Dr B B Nimbhorkar and released the college magazine Goonj 2002. Dr R D Tapadia, principal presented the annual report. Meritorious students were also awarded gold and silver medals for their academic success. The programme was later followed by a lecture on "Move for Health" by Dr Satish Agarwal, a noted paediatrician of the city.
A Scientific seminar on 14th April. The guest speakers were Dr Vijay Vaishnav and Dr Daksha Vaishnav both from CMP Homoeopathic college, Mumbai. Dr Daksha Vaishnav spoke on the role of homoeopathy in gynaecolical disorders with slides and demonstrated usefulness of Hompath 8 version.
