Then he highlighted the miasmatic theory of Dr Hahnemann and stated that the two states of miasm as Primary and Secondary. The primary Psoric stage where only Sulphur should be given, for Primary sycosis Thuja and Primary Syphilitic only Merc-sol be given.

Whereas in secondary stages, there are 48 medicines proved by Dr Hahnemann, which cure. He showed cases on video. In one case he prescribed Staph on the basis of patient's introverted nature, inability to show his anger, very sensitive to external impressions and pain.

In 2nd case of a child, who was hyperactive, plays with only one object, but mentally dumb. Intrauterine life of such type of cases is most important according to Dr Khan. He prescribed Thuja to this child because of fixed ideas of her mother during pregnancy.
