Now the problem of the child was solved and so too the mother's. But this case brought out one Issue, most to the forefront, was one of Women's' RIGHTS AND DUTIES:
- Qualified women - with restriction to work, after marriage.
- Balancing of professional and family life/ responsibility.
- Priority of duties.
- Whether child comes first: or the profession?
- The eternal MIL - DIL conflict.
- Husband's role in resolving this conflict.
- Her own role in getting the husband to resolve this conflict.
- Her ability to resolve it on her own
- The various modes of resolution - compromise or drastic steps.
