Dr Edward Bach of bowel nosodes fame, had in his later years gave up a lucrative Homoeo practice and discovered after intensive study, the medicinal and healing properties of flowers and later published his findings on 37 flower remedies (other than composite Rescue remedy) for treatment of illnesses based exclusively on the mental symptoms of the patients. The remedies have become very popular and are also used along with Homoeo or bio-chemic remedies by many. Good literature is available on the subject. It is seen from this booklet that there has been research into the healing properties of more flowers and based on extensive clinical trials 22 more remedies appear to have been added to the list. This booklet gives some details about these remedies. Surabha is good for growing child for preventing hereditary chronic diseases, Gaya and Germane for cancer and Yasoda for other melancholy and eczema etc. Some of the names of the remedies sound very much Indian. It is significant to note in this connection that Mother of Arabindo Ashram had also indicated the medicinal and other properties of several flowers of South India . The booklet also contains a small repertory of these remedies.
