Title: Materica Medica-Live CD
Price: Rs 2000

This CD will prove to be an innovative and novel way of teaching remedies to students of Homoeopathy, as it enables them to learn remedies without shedding tears of despair. Remedies seem to flying off the pages of Materia Medica , doing their bit to introduce themselves. It has, in fact, been a pleasure to review the first Homoeopathic multimedia presentation CD with 21 remedies coming alive at the click of my mouse.

The remedies are divided into three groups - Plant kingdom, Animal kingdom and Mineral kingdom. The Plant kingdom covers remedies - Agaricus, Can- ind, Can-sat, China, Elat, Gratiola, Oenanthe, Opium, Stramonium, and Verat- alb. The Animal kingdom includes Moschus, Tarentula-cub, and Hisp. Under Mineral kingdom the remedies elaborated are Germanium, Manganum, Plastic, Palladium, Platina, Selenium, Tellurium and Vanadium. The remedies have been brought alive by animation and audio effects. A commentary of the symptoms in male and female voice adds colour to the over all effect.

The section on More items gives a data of the CDs expected in the near future from Hompath. The CD on Miasm contains a presentation on Medorrhinum with other antimiasmatic remedies to follow. The Hompath Classic Version 7 will be a boon to Homeopaths worldwide. It covers over 250 books, multiple repertories and most importantly the Complete Repertory by Roger Zandvoort. This CD is one more feather in Hompath's cap, which works towards the motto- Working Together For Health Of All, Cure Of All, Homoeopathy For All, And Homoeopathic Awareness For All.
