Follow up after 9 mths: The video showed the patient standing with support, writing beautifully, eating and drinking with perfect co-ordination. MRI still showed same collapse and destruction of C2, C3, C4.
Conclusion
Case of chronic indolent disease, successfully tackled by Genetic Constitutional Similimum. 'Cure' obtained despite disease pathology persisting. Hence we could redefine Homoeopathic cure as one which gives the patient near to normal existence possible, inspite of the disease!
Case 2 : Female aged 25, with Giant cell carcinoma showed remarkable improvement after a single dose of Sulphur 30. Amazingly Xray showed formation of bridge between 2 vertebrate.
Case 3: Multisystem Disorder
The patient proudly said that she was a high level thinker, interested in science and karma. Once while meditating she saw herself come out of her body. She felt she was burning and could see energy [not blood] in form of currents traversing her body. Lack of adaptability made her fastidious. On these grounds Anhalonium was prescribed with success.
Case 4: Sturge Weber's Syndrome
CC1] Baby suffering from Haemangioma above lip and Rt side of cheek and palate
2] Ten loose motions 4 days back then no stool for 2 days. Complaints of alternate diarrhoea and constipation.
3] Projectile vomiting at 2 months of age
4] Intolerance to milk
Past History : Age 10 days to 30 days vomiting and diarrhoea < milk - stopped at 1 mth. At 1 mth - lachrymation treated with drops after which she developed small spots on the face, the size of a pea. Moles rapidly increased in size after 2-3 mths since 1 ½ m moves forward in sleep.
Physical General
Craves lemon juice
Salivation ++
Perspiration ++ all over body with cold clammy hands.
Thermal: Hot < cold air and draft
< warm air > open air
MOTHER'S HISTORY
H/O still born baby boy - hysterical fits. She would lie unconscious with clenched hands for 1 or 2 hrs if no one was around. Fits < talking and remembering the child.
Mentals
Starts easily - lead to shuddering
< noise, on scolding
Obstinate anger and rage lead to shuddering
Epileptic seizures with shuddering [like rigors]
Accumulates money, plays with and wants money.
Aversion to crowds
Very possessive - if someone tries to take something from her forcefully, she would cry and go into spasms and shuddering.
Unconscious bouts after anger. As she grew up, she became destructive with rage, impudent and obstinate, would even back answer and hit her teachers.
Intolerance to sight and smell of water. Crying and shuddering on urination
Because of her condition she started bargaining and emotionally blackmailing her parents.
Pampered child because of deformity

- Oversensitive to noise, draft, crowd

- A personality with a lot of force and power by without direction, like a boat without a rudder.

After Moschus was given the patient started opening his eyes and swelling subsided considerably.
