A Seminar on malaria was held on the 14th April96 by the Arefa Memorial Charitable Trust in pursuance of its objectives to create on awareness and to prevent Malaria.
The Chief Guest for the seminar was Mrs T F Thekekare, health Commissioner, Maharashtra State. Addressing the gathering and advised on how simple measures taken by the common man can go a long way in preventing a disease like malaria.
Dr. C C Desai presented some of his very interesting cases at the end of the session.
Dr. Bondookwala, described the general myths that people have regarding malaria and the explained the steps to be taken to prevent malaria.
A film showing the various steps to be taken in the prevention of malaria was also screened by the Directorate of Health Services, Pune.
Dr. Menon, Dr. Praful Barvalia, Dr. Sunil and Dr. Anwar Ansari presented numerous cases of malaria treated with Homoeopathic medicines.
