CASE 4:
Patient, male aged 42, a businessman, married, with one child. Consulted for his chronic asthma. His constitutional drug seemed to be Puls and he was being given Puls 10M occasional doses and was getting Aralia 3 10gt. TDS during acute attacks. He was improving remarkably well under the treatment.
During case taking, he came out with another peculiar complaint-that of loss of sexual desire and deficient erections, whenever he tried sexual congress with his wife. He also confessed that he had such complaint when he tried sexual congress with other women.
Treatment:
A purely psychological condition, he was given Onosmodium 1000, 2 doses (12 hours apart) Within a week, the said problem was solved and he expressed happiness.
