A young boy of 17 came on 28-11-95 with face and back filled with pustular and painful acne. Worse from fats, cashews (3+), chicken and in the afternoon. It also associated with severe dandruff and hair fall.
Other Complaints: Sneezing on washing the face, from ice cream and cold drinks. Colds with headaches and occasional blackout. Insomnia since a year due to studies.

Appetite - Good
Craving - Fish (3+), extra salt, chicken (3+), spicy (2+)
Nails - white spots

under treatment.
This case has specially selected for following reasons:-
- I have never seen spots on nails improve so rapidly.
Even in patients who show general improvement, the nails spots remain for years, and so too do acne scars, which in this case have already lightened by half in just two months. - This is the classical remedy response which we always dream about and achieve only occasionally.
- To learn that when one potency is working, do not be in hurry and change.
- It is not always wise to let an aggravation go thro its full course. Here it would have taken anything between 4-6 weeks to run out, if not more. So using the 200 potency helped to antidote the 1M.
