Neurosis Its Homoeopathic Approach
NATIONAL JOURNAL OF HOMOEOPATHY 1995 Mar / Apr Vol IV No 2.
Ananda Prasad Sarangi.
Repertory.

EDITOR: As various types of neurosis have been discussed in detail in another article published in this issue, the descriptive portions of this authors article have been edited.

Homoeopathy does not need to give any name to the disease conditions but treats on the basis of individualisation. Diagnosis is of secondary importance for prognosis and helps in evaluation of symptoms.

In neurotic disorders however, such diagnosis helps in tracing the causes, course of the disease and their prognosis: also for giving appropriate advice to the patients. The mind symptoms of Homoeopathic drugs observed during the proving have been meticulously recorded and incorporated in Kent, synthetic and other latest repertories.

These medicines belong to three miasms psoric, syphilitic and sycotic. The ragged philosopher, religious, finding beauty in everything belongs to psoric miasm, destructive mentality to syphilitic miasm and fixed mentality of sycotic miasm covers all the symptoms of neurosis.
