A Case of Menopause

Climacteric is the counterpart of puberty and is a transitional case lasting 1-5 years during which the genital organs involute in response to cessation of gonadal activity.

Homoeopathic Medicines of use:

Lach, Sabina, Psor, Amyl-n, Gels, Glon, Hamm etc. as per symptoms and constitution.

CASE:

Mrs. M, 44 years of age had three children. She complained of profuse menses. She had a liking for sweets. She was given Lachesis 200 then Sabina 30 & Hamamelis Q. Reported better but for pain in waist; she was given Kali-carb 30 for 5 days.

Reported better and now only given Ferr-phos 6x and Mag-phos 6x and asked to continue for 15 days. (Selection of remedy based on Phataks Repertory).
