The Impacted Machine Gun
NATIONAL JOURNAL OF HOMOEOPATHY 1993 Sep / Oct Vol II NO 5.
Dr Farokh Master.

One morning at about 4 A.M., a lady came home desperately asking for help. Her father in-law had not passed stools since two days inspite of giving three enemas.
When I went to her house, I saw an 80 years old man, in messed up clothes, shouting fearfully that he was going to die.
While his son started to give me the history, he abused him and said that it was he who was sick and that he would give the history himself. He said that he had a sensation as if there was a machine gun in his rectum. He had a feeling that everything was packed inside.

On examining him I found two deep fissures which caused the inability to pass the stool.
The following rubrics were taken -
Constipation, stool remains in rectum, with awful anxiety (KR 608).
Anxiety hypochondriacal; (KR 7)
Answers abruptly, shortly (SR 1-47)
Anger violent (SR 1-27)
Anxiety health about (SR 1-80)
Abusive (SR 1-7)

Tarentula-h 200 single dose was given. In two hours the pain decreased and the patient could pass stool. The patient felt much better and no medicine was required thereafter.
