Debility after Jaundice

On 13th of September 1989, a boy Master R, 7 years of age and recently recovered from Jaundice, came with-
Excessive debility.
Poor appetite
Sleepiness
Mild pain in forehead

From Synopsis of Homoeopathic Aetiology by Dr. Ishwar Das, the following symptom was taken-
Debility from Jaundice - Ferr-pic, Pic-ac, Tarax
Picric-acid
30 was given twice a days without any relief.
A reference to Sequelae by Dr.,G S R Sastry, specifically mentions, Picric acid in the 3rd potency.
So, Picric acid 3rd potency was prepared and given three times daily. In 2 days there was a remarkable change and the boy had normal health thereafter.
